Many people lose many things. Luckily, many of them show up at the Oktoberfest’s lost and found.
The built-in “wardrobe” of a beer table may be practical, but it's easy for a jacket to be left there, left there until after you leave yourself? Or what do you think, how many mobile phones and cameras the Olympia-Looping has been snatching from its riders all these years, more elegantly than any pickpocket? No matter if you’re looking for your wallet, wheelchair or artificial leg, if you’re lucky, it will all end up at the lost and found. In 2026, you won’t find it behind the Schottenhamel-Festhalle anymore, but outside of the fairgrounds in Deutsche Museum's Verkehrszentrum, Am Bavaripark 5
Please remember that most found items are usually only brought in the next day. As many things show up even later, the office is still open after the end of Oktoberfest.
