The official beginning of the Oktoberfest construction in 2023 is July 10. However, after some work was already done two weeks in advance, even some pillars already arrived a week early at Theresienwiese.

You can already see the first parts of Armbrustschützenzelt, Hofbräu tent, Augustiner tent, Bräurosl, Schützenzelt, and Winzerer Fähndl.

The first parts of the Löwenbräu are also already present. Even more interesting is the excavation going on there. The tent is receiving a new kitchen and parts of the employee rooms, including the locker room as well as some storage space is moving to the first floor, on top of the Hirschau box.
