Until July 20, we are offering for the first time an annual mug lid and coffee mug in a historic Keferloher design.

We are delighted that our beer mug lids are becoming increasingly popular. We like to use them ourselves and know how quickly it can prevent something that a gust of wind would have blown into your beer from ending up there. Since there are people who even use their lids as decoration, we thought we'd try to establish an annual mug lid. Such a mug lid has a huge advantage over a souvenir mug: it increases the enjoyment of your beer right where the action is, at the Oktoberfest. And there's no more mixing up mugs. We hope that this measure will be well received so that we can repeat it next year. Incidentally, it pays for itself from the very first maß saved.

The second item we are now offering for pre-order until July 20 is Keferloher coffee mugs. And they are the real deal. Handcrafted from stoneware, salt-glazed, and embossed with a curved "Wiesndamisch" (Bavarian for Oktoberfest Nut), just like a mug from the early 20th century. After all, there are plenty of beer mugs out there, but a coffee mug that looks like an old beer mug? We are now selling it primarily so that the author of these lines can get one... Not least because such an embossing tool costs a few euros, we had to guarantee the manufacturer a minimum purchase. We would be delighted if you too could enjoy a Wiensdamisch mug at your breakfast table. According to experiments conducted by our research department, Aperol or champagne also fit in.

Now all that remains is to hope that as many Wiesndamische as possible share our enthusiasm.
