Many hotels reduced their prices by at least 30% until December 1st.
Booking.com currently runs a black Friday campaign until December 1st, which means that a very good selection of hotels is reduced by at least 30% - even for the Oktoberfest time. As you can cancel your reservations even with those offers for free, you probably shouldn’t wait too long to book your accommodation for 2021.
To make the choice of hotels easier for you, we want to show you three extraordinary offers. For comparison, we checked prices for a five-night stay for two people beginning on the first Oktoberfest Sunday and ending on the following Friday.
Super 8 by Wyndham Munich City West
Super 8 is located directly at Munich’s S-Bahn aorta, only a couple of stations from the Hackerbrücke. That means, the train ride to the Oktoberfest will only take seven minutes and you can even walk to the Hirschgarten, the world’s largest beer garden. Three-star-hotel is in general affordable for its convenient location. With the additional discount of 30%, five Oktoberfest nights will set you back 795€, i.e. 159€ per night.
Flemings Hotel München-City
The four-star-level-hotel is in general one we like to recommend as it's very conveniently located between the main station and the Oktoberfest. That means you’ll have an easy arrival and can reach both the Oktoberfest as well as the old town by foot. Five Oktoberfest nights are 1281€, 256€ per night, including a discount of 30%.
Hotel Insel Mühle
Admittedly, Insel Mühle is not directly located in the city center. However, this hotel is in a beautiful building and even offers one of Munich’s most charming beer gardens. The S-Bahn ride from Untermenzing to the Hackerbrücke takes 13 minutes. The discounted price is spectacular: at a 50% discount, five Oktoberfest nights are only 648€ - including breakfast (130€ per night)!
If you want to give an Oktoberfest trip as a present for Christmas and are looking for a great presentation. Well, we'd recommend our Oktoberfest calendar...
